Welcome! Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Nebraska Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America
(ELCA). Established in December of 1857, Kountze Memorial has been
faithfully carrying out its mission of sharing the Good News of Jesus
Christ as a center for worship, learning and service for 150 years in
the heart of Omaha, Nebraska.
As you become better acquainted with us through this
site, we invite you to join us in worship and to participate with us in
a range of learning and serving experiences. If you are new here,
welcome! If you are "newly returned," we celebrate your presence. If
you are a member of long-standing, we thank you for your ministry and
your faithfulness!
